قال مصدران أمنيان لرويترز إن ثلاثة دبلوماسيين قطريين لقوا حتفهم في حادث سيارة في شرم الشيخ في مصر.

وأضاف المصدران أن دبلوماسيين اثنين أصيبا أيضا في الحادث.

ولم يتضح ما إذا كان الدبلوماسيون أعضاء في فريق التفاوض القطري، الذي ساعد مع مسؤولين مصريين في شرم الشيخ في التوصل إلى اتفاق بين إسرائيل وحركة المقاومة الإسلامية الفلسطينية (حماس) في الأسبوع الماضي بخصوص المرحلة الأولى من خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب بشأن غزة.
