غوتيريش: جائزة نوبل تحية للعاملين على حماية الحقوق في العالم

قال أمين عام الأمم المتحدة، أنطونيو غوتيريش اليوم الجمعة، إن جائزة نوبل تعد تحية لكافة الذين يعملون على حماية الحقوق المدنية والسياسية حول العالم، وتذكيرًا مؤثرًا بقدرة وروح الديمقراطية على الصمود.

وأشار غوتيريش في بيان هنأ فيه ماريا كورينا ماتشادو على حصولها على جائزة نوبل للسلام لعام 2025 أنها و"على مدى عقود، كانت ماتشادو مدافعة عن الديمقراطية وصوتًا للوحدة في بلدها فنزويلا".

وِأشار غوتيريش إلى ما جاء في بيان لجنة نوبل التي ذكرت "أن أدوات الديمقراطية هي أدوات السلام".
