موسكو: ننتظر رد واشنطن لتمديد معاهدة الحد من انتشار الأسلحة النووية

أعلن نائب وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي ريابكوف، اليوم الخميس، أن موسكو لم تتلقَّ بعد ردًا رسميًا من الولايات المتحدة على اقتراح الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين بشأن تمديد الالتزام بالقيود المنصوص عليها في معاهدة "ستارت" الجديدة للحد من الأسلحة النووية الاستراتيجية.

وقال ريابكوف خلال مؤتمر صحفي، إن "روسيا لا تزال منفتحة على الحوار في هذا الملف المهم، موسكو ما زالت تنتظر الرد الأميركي، في سبيل الحفاظ الاستقرار الإستراتيجي العالمي، ومستعدة لمواصلة المشاورات فور صدور رد واضح من واشنطن".
