تدعو مديرية الأمن العام الى ضرورة أخذ الاحتياطات الوقائية اللازمة نتيجة انخفاض درجات الحرارة وهطول زحات من المطر على فترات في شمال المملكة وأجزاء محدودة من المناطق الوسطى والشرقية.

وتهيب بأخذ الحيطة والحذر نتيجة تدني مدى الرؤية الأفقية بسبب الضباب فوق المرتفعات الجبلية العالية وأجزاء من السهول وبسبب الغبار في مناطق البادية.

كما تشدد على السائقين التأني أثناء القيادة نتيجة الانزلاقات على الطرق التي تشهد هطولات مطرية وعدم التردد بالاتصال على هاتف الطوارئ الموحد 911 إذا دعت الحاجة.
