استكملت شركة كهرباء إربد ربط وتشغيل 840 نظام طاقة متجددة، في منازل المصابين العسكريين في محافظات الشمال (إربد، وجرش، وعجلون والمفرق) في إطار التعاون مع وزارة الطاقة والثروة المعدنية/ فلس الريف.

وقالت الشركة في بيان، إن تنفيذ المشروع يأتي التزاما من الشركة في دورها الوطني والمهني وحرصها المستمر في تقديم أفضل الخدمات للمشتركين.

يشار إلى أن مشروع تركيب أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية يأتي بالتنسيق بين الهيئة الهاشمية للمصابين العسكريين، ووزارة الطاقة، حيث يتضمن تركيب أنظمة خلايا شمسية لمنازل المصابين العسكريين المسجلين في الهيئة على حساب فلس الريف وفي مختلف المحافظات.
