اعتبر الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الأربعاء أنه ينبغي أن يكون رئيس بلدية شيكاغو وحاكم ولاية إيلينوي الديموقراطيَين في السجن، في تصعيد لهجماته على خصومه السياسيين.

وكتب ترامب على منصته تروث سوشال "رئيس بلدية شيكاغو (براندون جونسون) ينبغي أن يكون في السجن لفشله في حماية عناصر" شرطة الهجرة والجمارك، مضيفا "والحاكم (جاي بي) بريتزكر كذلك!". ويأتي تصريح الرئيس الجمهوري في ظل معارضة المسؤولَين لأوامره التي تطلب من عناصر الهجرة والجمارك تنفيذ عمليات دهم بحق المهاجرين في شيكاغو.
