في خطوة دبلوماسية لافتة تعكس تفاؤلاً بالتوصل إلى اتفاق وشيك، وجه الرئيس المصري، اليوم الأربعاء، دعوة رسمية إلى الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لزيارة مصر، وذلك لحضور مراسم توقيع اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في غزة في حال التوصل إليه.

وشدد الرئيس المصري في الوقت ذاته على ضرورة "انتهاز الفرصة" الحالية والحرص على إنجاح المفاوضات الجارية في مدينة شرم الشيخ.

دعوة لـ"ترمب" لحضور توقيع الاتفاق

قال الرئيس المصري في تصريحه: "أدعو الرئيس ترمب إلى زيارة مصر لحضور توقيع اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار حال التوصل إليه".

"يجب انتهاز الفرصة" لإنجاح المفاوضات

وفي تأكيد على أهمية المحادثات الجارية، أكد الرئيس المصري أنه "يجب انتهاز الفرصة والحرص على إنجاح مفاوضات شرم الشيخ لإنهاء الحرب في غزة".
