شكوى أمام الجنائية الدولية ضد ميلوني بتهمة التواطؤ بإبادة جماعية

أعلنت رئيسة الوزراء الإيطالية، جورجيا ميلوني، أنها مستهدفة بشكوى قُدمت أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، تتهمها بـ"التواطؤ في إبادة جماعية" في غزة، بسبب دعم حكومتها لإسرائيل.

وقالت ميلوني، في مقابلة تلفزيونية، إن الشكوى تشمل أيضًا وزيري الدفاع والخارجية، إضافة إلى المدير العام لشركة "ليوناردو" الإيطالية المختصة بالصناعات الدفاعية.

الشكوى، التي قدمتها منظمة "محامون وقانونيون من أجل فلسطين"، ووقعها نحو 50 أكاديميًا ومحاميًا وشخصية عامة، تتهم الحكومة الإيطالية بالمشاركة في جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية عبر تزويد إسرائيل بأسلحة فتاكة.

ويطالب مقدمو الشكوى المحكمة الدولية بفتح تحقيق رسمي في القضية.
