تعرّض قاض في محكمة الاستئناف في تيرانا الإثنين لإطلاق نار خلال جلسة محاكمة من قبل رجل كان ماثلا أمامه أوقف سريعا، بحسب ما أعلنت الشرطة الألبانية في بيان.

وكان أستريت كالايا يترأس الجلسة عندما أخرج الرجل سلاحا وأطلق عليه النار. وأوضحت الشرطة أنه "فارق الحياة متأثّرا بجروحه في طريقه إلى المستشفى".

وأصيب والد وابنه كانا طرفا في المحاكمة بالرصاص أيضا ونقلا إلى المستشفى، لكن حياتهما ليست في خطر.

وقال مطلق النار الذي مثل في المحكمة على خلفية خلاف بشأن ملكية قطعة أرض إنه كان "على وشك خسارة" القضية، ولهذا السبب أطلق النار على القاضي، بحسب الإعلام المحلي.
