تراجع التداول العقاري بنسبة 8% منذ مطلع العام ليسجل 4.84 مليار دينار

تراجع حجم التداول العقاري في الأردن بنسبة 8% خلال العشرة أشهر الأولى من العام الحالي، ليسجل 4.84 مليار دينار مقارنة مع 5.23 مليار دينار سجلت في الفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي.

وبحسب بيانات دائرة الأراضي والمساحة التي أطلعت عليها "المملكة"، تراجع عدد معاملات الإفراز خلال 10 شهور من العام الحالي، 6.485 ألف معاملة، مقارنة مع 8.272 ألف معاملة سجلت في الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024.

في المقابل ارتفع عدد معاملات إزالة الشيوع 1.972 ألف معاملة مقابل 1.644 ألف معاملة في 10 شهور من 2024.

إضافة إلى ذلك، ارتفع عدد طلبات تملك الذكور والإناث في منذ بداية العام وحتى بداية تشرين الأول الحالي، إلى 592.676 ألف طلب مقارنة مع 515.029 ألف طلب في الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024.
