أضاف منتخبنا الوطني لألعاب القوى أربع ميداليات جديدة إلى رصيده، فضيتين وبرونزيتين، وذلك في منافسات بطولة غرب آسيا للشباب والشابات، المقامة في العاصمة اللبنانية بيروت.

ونجحت اللاعبة مرح أبو كوش في حصد الميدالية الفضية ضمن منافسات سباق 800 متر، فيما أحرزت اللاعبة زين الور الميدالية البرونزية في السباق ذاته.

وحقق اللاعب إلياس صالح فضية الوثب العالي، ونالت اللاعبة نانسي أبو سرحان برونزية سباق 100 متر حواجز.

وبذلك، رفع منتخبنا الوطني رصيده في البطولة إلى سبع ميداليات، من بينها ثلاث فضيات وأربع ميداليات برونزية.
