أنهت شركة كهرباء إربد بالتعاون مع وزارة الطاقة والثروة المعدنية وبلديات محافظة إربد، تنفيذ مشروع تركيب 129,304 وحدات إنارة جديدة موفرة للطاقة، في محافظة اربد وبلداتها وقراها.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان اليوم الجمعة، أنّ المشروع الذي تم خلاله استبدال وحدات الإنارة التقليدية بوحدات حديثة موفرة للطاقة (LED )، يهدف إلى تحسين مستوى إنارة الشوارع وتخفيض استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية، ما يسهم في رفع كفاءة خدمات الإنارة العامة وتخفيف الأعباء المالية على البلديات.

وبيّنت الشركة، أن المشروع يأتي في اطار الجهود الوطنية الرامية للتوسع في استخدام أنظمة الطاقة الموفّرة وتعزيز استدامة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.
