قال مفوض التجارة في الاتحاد الأوروبي ماروش شفتشوفيتش الخميس، إنه ليس من السهل حشد التأييد المطلوب من دول التكتل للتصديق على مقترحات المفوضية الأوروبية لتعليق اتفاق التجارة الذي يؤثر على صادرات السلع الإسرائيلية؛ بسبب الحرب على غزة.

وأضاف أمام لجنة برلمانية إيرلندية: "في المجلس يكون التصويت بالأغلبية المؤهلة. لن أخفيكم سرا أن حتى هذا لن يكون سهلا من الدول الأعضاء".
