أطلقت سمو الأميرة غيداء طلال، رئيسة هيئة أمناء مؤسسة ومركز الحسين للسرطان، الأربعاء، الحملة العربية العاشرة للتوعية حول سرطان الثدي تحت شعار "أنتِ الأساس…افحصي" عبر فيديو يهدف لتشجيع النساء على إجراء الفحص المبكر لسرطان الثدي.

ويشرف البرنامج الأردني لسرطان الثدي على هذه الحملة التي تهدف إلى رفع مستوى الوعي في المجتمعات العربية عن سرطان الثدي وأهمية الكشف المبكر عنه.

وشاركت في الحملة لهذا العام مؤسسات وجهات تُعنى بمكافحة السرطان من أكثر من 15 دولة تشمل الجزائر، السعودية، الإمارات، عُمان، موريتانيا، فلسطين، مصر، لبنان، السودان، العراق، ليبيا، اليمن، تونس، قطر والأردن.
