رحّب الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون الإثنين بتعهد نظيره الأميركي دونالد ترامب إنهاء الحرب في غزة وتحرير جميع الرهائن، وذلك تعليقا على خطة السلام التي أعلنها الرئيس الأميركي.

وكتب ماكرون على منصة اكس "آمل بالتزام اسرائيلي حاسم على هذا الأساس. لا خيار آخر لحماس سوى أن تفرج فورا عن جميع الرهائن وتلتزم هذه الخطة".

واضاف "يجب أن تتيح هذه العناصر نقاشا معمقا مع جميع الشركاء المعنيين لبناء سلام دائم في المنطقة".
