أصدر قاضي التحقيق السابع في دمشق، توفيق العلي، مذكرة توقيف غيابية بحق الرئيس السابق بشار الأسد، تتعلق بأحداث درعا التي وقعت في 23 تشرين الثاني 2011، وفقا لما نقلته وكالة "سانا".

وأوضح القاضي العلي، السبت، أن المذكرة تتضمن اتهامات بالقتل العمد والتعذيب المؤدي إلى الوفاة وحرمان الحرية، مشيراً إلى أن القرار القضائي يتيح تعميم المذكرة عبر الإنتربول ومتابعة القضية على المستوى الدولي.
