ضبطت المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء بالتعاون مع وحدة الجرائم الإلكترونية في مديرية الأمن العام صفحة إلكترونية تروج لمنتجات تجميلية غير مرخصة، استنادًا إلى وثيقة تسجيل مزورة، وذلك عقب تلقي المؤسسة شكوى عبر الخط الساخن.

وأوضحت المؤسسة في بيان صحفي، أنها أحالت المشتكى عليه القائم على الصفحة للقضاء بتهمتي التزوير وبيع منتجات غير مرخصة.

وأعربت المؤسسة في بيانها عن تقديرها لجهود وحدة الجرائم الإلكترونية في التعامل مع الشكوى بكفاءة وسرعة، مثمّنة مستوى الاحترافية في ضبط المخالفة.

كما دعت المؤسسة المواطنين إلى التواصل معها في حال وجود أي شكوى أو ملاحظة أو استفسار من خلال خط الشكاوى المجاني 117114 والبريد الإلكتروني [email protected] وعبر تطبيق الواتس أب على الرقم 0795632000
