أجلت السلطات الفلبينية الجمعة نحو 400 ألف شخص وأكدت وقوع ثلاثة قتلى على الأقل فيما تضرب عاصفة مدارية قوية البلاد التي لا تزال تحت صدمة الإعصار راغاسا.

وقال مسؤولو الدفاع المدني في منطقة بيكول في جنوب جزيرة لوزون إن ثلاثة أشخاص قتلوا عندما انهارت جدران واقتلعت أشجار عند مرور العاصفة بوالوي المدارية التي تضرب البلاد مرفقة برياح تصل سرعتها إلى 110 كيلومترات في الساعة.
