قررت محكمة بداية عمان اليوم الإفراج عن النائب وسام الربيحات، بعد أن كان مدعي عام عمان قد قرر يوم أمس توقيفه 15 يوماً على ذمة التحقيق في قضية تتعلق بتهمة غسيل الأموال، ومخالفة قانون التنمية الاجتماعية والجرائم الإلكترونية.

وأوضح مصدر قضائي لـ"الرأي" أن البتّ في مثل هذه القضايا يعود إلى المحكمة المختصة، نظرًا لوقوعها ضمن اختصاصها الجنائي.

وأضاف المصدر أن القضية ستحول من النيابة العامة إلى محكمة الجنايات الصغرى لدى محكمة بداية عمان، باعتبارها الجهة المخولة بالنظر في قضايا غسيل الأموال
