ارتفع الدولار من أدنى مستوياته في ما يقارب الأسبوع، اليوم الأربعاء، بعد نبرة حذرة من رئيس مجلس الاحتياطي الاتحادي (البنك المركزي الأميركي) جيروم باول بشأن المزيد من التيسير النقدي، لكن المتداولين تمسكوا برهاناتهم على إجراء انخفاضين آخرين لأسعار الفائدة هذا العام.

وبحسب وكالة "بلومبيرغ" الاقتصادية، ارتفع مؤشر الدولار، الذي يقيس أداء العملة الأميركية مقابل 6 عملات رئيسية 0.1 بالمئة إلى 97.361، محاولا استعادة بعض المكاسب بعد خسائر لجلستين متتاليتين بلغ فيهما أدنى مستوى له.

وارتفع الدولار 0.2 بالمئة إلى 147.88 ين، كما خسر اليورو 0.1 بالمئة إلى 1.1800 دولار، وانخفض الجنيه الاسترليني 0.1 بالمئة إلى 1.3510 دولار.
