أعلنت دائرة الأراضي والمساحة اليوم الأثنين عن نيتها تقديم طلب إلى مجلس الوزراء بالموافقة على إستملاك وتخلي عن مساحات من قطع أراضي إستملاكاً مطلقاً وحيازة فورية لأغراض وزارة التربية والتعليم وشركة الكهرباء الوطنية وشركة البوتاس .وقالت دائرة الأراضي والمساحة إنها ستتقدم بعد 15 يوما من تاريخه، إلى مجلس الوزراء بطلب إصدار قرار بالموافقة على استملاك مساحات من قطع أراضٍ، استملاكا مطلقا وحيازة فورية لأغراض وزارة التربية والتعليم وشركة الكهرباء الوطنية وشركة البوتاس .ويأتي ذلك، عملا بأحكام المادة رقم (181) من قانون الملكية العقارية رقم (13) لسنة 2019.
