قرر مدعي عام النزاهة و مكافحة الفساد, القاضي دكتور يزيد نوافلة, توقيف موظف في هيئة تنظيم النقل البري وآخر صاحب مكتب خدمات مفوّض بالتوقيع عن إحدى الشركات العاملة في مجال تأجير المركبات السياحية 15 يوماً على ذمة التحقيق في مركز إصلاح وتأهيل ماركا.

وبيّنت التحقيقات الأوليّة أن أحد هذين المتهمين ارتكب جناية التزوير المادي والتزوير في نظام معلومات رسمي, والآخر تدخل بهذين الجرمين, فيما اشتركا وارتكبا جنحة الاحتيال.

وكانت هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد أحالت هذه القضية الى القضاء في وقت سابق.
