أدى اليمين القانونية أمام رئيس الوزراء جعفر حسان الأحد، رئيس وأعضاء مجلس مفوضي هيئة الأوراق المالية، بعد صدور الإرادة الملكية السامية بالموافقة على قرار مجلس الوزراء بتعيينهم.

ويضم المجلس كلا من رئيس مجلس المفوضين عماد محمد أبو حلتم، والأعضاء علاء الدين ناصر الزعبي، وإلياس أيوب زريقات، ومحمد عبد الستار جرادات.

ويأتي أداء اليمين استنادا لأحكام المادة 10 من قانون الأوراق المالية رقم 18 لسنة 2017م.

وحضر أداء اليمين وزير دولة لشؤون رئاسة الوزراء عبد اللطيف النجداوي.
