برنامج تدريبي حول خدمات السفر الجوي لذوي الإعاقة

استضافت هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني اليوم الأحد، البرنامج التدريبي لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، تحت عنوان "خدمات السفر الجوي الدامجة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة".
ويأتي البرنامج تنفيذا للالتزامات الوطنية المنبثقة عن القمة العالمية للإعاقة 2025، وانسجاما مع رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي للأعوام 2026-2029، بمشاركة عدد من موظفي هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني وممثلين من المطارات وشركات الطيران الوطنية.
وأكد رئيس مجلس مفوضي هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني الكابتن هيثم مستو، أن تنفيذ هذا البرنامج بالتعاون مع المجلس الأعلى لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة يجسد حرص المؤسستين على تعزيز الشراكة وتطوير مبادرات تسهم في تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من خوض تجربة سفر آمنة وكريمة ودامجة.
وتضمن البرنامج محاور متعددة شملت: التعريف بمفهوم الإعاقة، سبل التواصل الفعال، متطلبات إمكانية الوصول، والترتيبات التيسيرية للمسافرين ذوي الإعاقة.
كما شهد تبادلا للنقاشات حول قانون حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، والبرنامج الوطني لتسهيلات النقل الجوي، ومشروع تعليمات المسافرين ذوي الإعاقة، إلى جانب استعراض آخر المستجدات المتعلقة بالترتيبات التيسيرية في المطارات المدنية.
