بيان مصري: انتشار القوات المسلحة في سيناء لمواجهة التهريب والإرهاب

أصدرت الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات المصرية بيانا بشأن ما تردده بعض المواقع ووسائل الإعلام العالمية، حول تواجد القوات المسلحة المصرية في شبه جزيرة سيناء.

أكدت الهيئة ان "القوات المتواجدة في سيناء في الأصل تستهدف تأمين الحدود المصرية ضد كل المخاطر، بما فيها العمليات الإرهابية والتهريب، وفي إطار التنسيق المسبق مع أطراف معاهدة السلام، التي تحرص مصر تماما على استمرارها، في ظل أنها على مدار تاريخها لم تخرق معاهدة او اتفاقا".

وأضاف البيان: "تعاود مصر تأكيد رفضها التام توسيع العمليات العسكرية في غزة وتهجير الفلسطينيين من أراضيهم، وعلى مساندتها حق الشعب الفلسطيني في إقامة دولته المستقلة وفق حل الدولتين، على أراضي الرابع من يونيو 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية".
