خسر المنتخب الوطني لكرة اليد تحت 17 عامًا أمام نظيره القطري بنتيجة 32-25، في المباراة التي جرت مساء اليوم الجمعة، على صالة الأميرة سمية بمدينة الحسين للشباب، ضمن منافسات الدور الثاني من البطولة الآسيوية المؤهلة إلى بطولة العالم، والتي تستضيفها الأردن خلال الفترة من 15 حتى 25 من الشهر الحالي.

وجاء المنتخب الوطني في المجموعة الأولى إلى جانب منتخبات إيران والكويت وقطر، بعدما تأهل عن الدور الأول برصيد نقطتين في المركز الثاني بمجموعته.

ويستعد المنتخب لمواجهة نظيره الإيراني عند الساعة 3:00 عصر غدٍ، في لقاء يُتوقع أن يكون صعبًا نظرًا لقوة المنافس الذي أظهر إمكانيات عالية في البطولة.

وكان المنتخب الإيراني قد تفوق على نظيره الكويتي بنتيجة 35-30، فيما تغلب منتخب كوريا الجنوبية على البحرين بنتيجة 30-26.
