"الأوراق المالية" تحذر من تطور وازدياد النشاط الاحتيالي ومن الانسياق وراء حباله الوهمية

دعت هيئة الأوراق المالية، المواطنين والمستثمرين إلى ضرورة توخي الحيطة والحذر من بعض الجهات غير المرخصة التي تقوم باستخدام أو قرصنة مواقع إلكترونية إخبارية وإعلانية للترويج لأنشطة استثمارية أو شركات تداول وهمية، بهدف تضليل الجمهور والإيقاع بهم.

وأكّدت الهيئة أن أي تعاملات استثمارية يجب أن تتم فقط مع الجهات المرخصة والمعتمدة أصولاً من قبلها.

ودعت جميع المواطنين إلى التحقق من تراخيص الشركات عبر القنوات الرسمية للهيئة قبل الدخول في أي استثمار.

وشددت على أنها ستتخذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق كل من يثبت تورطه في مثل هذه الممارسات غير المشروعة، حفاظاً على حقوق المستثمرين وضماناً لسلامة السوق المالي.
