أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الروسية، الخميس، عن أن قنوات التواصل بين موسكو وواشنطن ما زالت مفتوحة رغم التوترات بشأن الحرب مع أوكرانيا، مبينة أن الحوار مستمر عبر عدة مستويات دبلوماسية وأمنية.

وذكرت الخارجية الروسية في بيان صحفي: "إن استئناف الحوار بشأن احلال السلام ووقف الحرب في أوكرانيا ممكن في أي وقت إذا أبدى الجانب الأميركي استعدادًا لذلك، الحفاظ على قنوات التواصل مع واشنطن أمر ضروري لتفادي سوء الفهم وتخفيف حدة المواجهة".
