أعلنت النيابة العامة الإسبانية الخميس أنّ مدريد ستحقق في "انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في غزة" للتعاون مع المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.

وقالت في بيان "أصدر النائب العام للدولة مرسوما يقضي بتشكيل فريق عمل للتحقيق في انتهاكات القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان في غزة"، وذلك بهدف "جمع أدلّة ووضعها بتصرّف الجهات المختصة، وبالتالي احترام التزامات إسبانيا في ما يتعلق بالتعاون الدولي وحقوق الإنسان".
