أعرب وزير الدولة البريطاني لشؤون الشرق الأوسط، هاميش فالكونر عن استيائه الشديد بعد أن منعت السلطات الإسرائيلية اثنين من أعضاء البرلمان البريطاني من دخول الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.

وقال فالكونر على حسابه الرسمي على منصة إكس "من غير المقبول أن يُمنع نائبان بريطانيان آخران من الدخول"، مضيفاً "لقد كنت على تواصل مستمر مع زملائي، وكنت واضحا مع السلطات الإسرائيلية بأن هذه ليست الطريقة المناسبة للتعامل مع برلمانيين بريطانيين".
