لجنة بين ((القضائي)) و((المحامين)) لتعزيز التعاون

اتفق المجلس القضائي الأردني ونقابة المحامين على تشكيل لجنة مشتركة لبحث القضايا ذات العلاقة، وتطوير الآليات الكفيلة بخدمة رسالة العدالة.

وكان نقيب المحامين، يحيى سالم أبو عبود، قد قدّم للمجلس مقترحًا بتشكيل لجنة مشتركة لبحث الموضوعات المطروحة بين الجانبين، حيث سمّت النقابة ممثليها في اللجنة.

وبحسب النقابة، فقد قامت بتسمية كل من: المحامي محمد ماهر أبو زناد، والمحامي الدكتور إياد أحمد بطاينة، والمحامي لؤي محمد عمايرة أعضاءً في اللجنة.

وفي ردّه على كتاب النقابة، قرر المجلس القضائي تسمية ممثليه في اللجنة، وهم: أمين عام وزارة العدل للشؤون القضائية القاضي وليد محي الدين كناكريه، ورئيس محكمة عمّان الابتدائية القاضي سطام مشهور المجالي، وأمين عام المجلس القضائي القاضي علي درويش المسيمي.
