تعاني كوبا من انقطاع شامل جديد للكهرباء الأربعاء هو الخامس في غضون أقل من عام في الجزيرة الواقعة في بحر الكاريبي والتي تعاني أزمة مالية، على ما ذكرت وزارة الطاقة.
