أعرب المفوض السامي لحقوق الإنسان في الأمم المتحدة الاثنين عن قلقه إزاء ما وصفه بـ"خطاب الإبادة" الصريح الصادر عن المسؤولين الإسرائيليين بشأن غزة، محذرا من أن القطاع تحول فعلا الى "مقبرة" ودعا إلى تحرك دولي حاسم "لإنهاء المذبحة".

وقال فولكر تورك لدى افتتاح الدورة الستين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة "أشعر بصدمة للخطاب العلني بشأن الإبادة ونزع صفة البشر المعيب بحق الفلسطينيين الصادر عن كبار المسؤولين الإسرائيليين".
