قال الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب، الإثنين، إنه يعتقد أنه يمكنه التوصل لاتفاق بشأن قطاع غزة في وقت قريب.

وأوضح ترامب للصحفيين: "أعتقد أننا سنتوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن غزة قريبا جدا، نعمل على حل قد يكون جيدا للغاية".

وتابع الرئيس الأميركي: "نحاول إنهاء الوضع، إعادة الرهائن وإنهاء الوضع، أجرينا مناقشات جيدة جدا، قد تحدث أمور إيجابية".

كان ترامب قد وجه، مساء الأحد، تحذيرا صريحا لحركة حماس، مؤكدا أنه "لن يكون هناك تحذير آخر".

وفي تغريدة على حسابه في منصة "تروث سوشال"، كتب ترامب: "الجميع يريد عودة الرهائن إلى ديارهم. الجميع يريد نهاية هذه الحرب".

وأضاف: "لقد قبل الإسرائيليون شروطي. وحان الوقت لحماس أن تقبلها أيضا".

وتابع: "لقد حذرتُ حماس من عواقب عدم قبولها. هذا تحذيري الأخير، ولن يكون هناك تحذير آخر! شكرا لاهتمامكم بهذا الأمر".
