شاركت سمو الأميرة آية بنت فيصل، رئيسة الاتحاد الأردني للكرة الطائرة وعضو مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الدولي للكرة الطائرة، في اجتماع مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الآسيوي للكرة الطائرة الذي استضافتها العاصمة التايلاندية بانكوك.

كما شهدت سمو الأميرة افتتاح المقر الجديد للاتحاد الآسيوي للكرة الطائرة في بانكوك بحضور فابيو أزيفيدو، رئيس الاتحاد الدولي للكرة الطائرة ورامون سوزارا رئيس الاتحاد الآسيوي للكرة الطائرة وعدد من الشخصيات ذات العلاقة بكرة الطائرة عالمياً وآسيوياً.

يذكر أن سمو الأميرة آية بنت فيصل، كانت قد انتخبت في تشرين الثاني الماضي بعضوية مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الدولي للكرة الطائرة وانتخبت كذلك في آب العام الماضي بعضوية مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الآسيوي للدورة الانتخابية 2024 - 2028.
