كشف موقع "والا" العبري نقلًا عن مصادر عسكرية أن القيادة الجنوبية وسلاح الجو الإسرائيلي يعتزمان الاستمرار في استهداف أبراج سكنية إضافية في قلب مدينة غزة خلال الأيام المقبلة، ضمن العمليات الجارية للسيطرة على المدينة.

وبحسب المصادر، فإن استهداف الأبراج لن يتوقف، في وقت تجري فيه تقييمات ميدانية حول عملية تهجير السكان الفلسطينيين جنوبًا.

وأضافت أن وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يسرائيل كاتس يدفع نحو هدم جميع الأبراج في مختلف أنحاء القطاع، معتبرًا أنها تُستخدم من قبل حركة حماس في أنشطة "إرهابية" وقد تشكل تهديدًا مباشرًا للقوات الإسرائيلية المشاركة في العمليات.
