شكاوى حول ارتفاع قيم الكهرباء.. وقطاع الطاقة يرد

أكد رئيس هيئة تنظيم قطاع الطاقة والمعادن، زياد السعايدة، أن ارتفاع قيم فواتير الكهرباء الصادرة عن شهر آب الماضي؛ سببه الأساسي زيادة الاستهلاك نتيجة موجة الحر غير المسبوقة.

وأضاف السعايدة أن الهيئة وشركات التوزيع على استعداد لاستقبال شكاوى وملاحظات المواطنين المشككين في ارتفاع الفاتورة.

وبين أن الهيئة على استعداد لإجراء كشف فني لأي مشتكي في موقع الاشتراك ورصد استهلاك الأجهزة المستخدمة.

وأوضح أن الهيئة استقبلت عددا محدودا من الشكاوى حول ارتفاع قيم فواتير الكهرباء.

وكان عدد من المواطنين قد اشتكوا من ارتفاع قيم فواتير كهرباء الصادرة عن شهر آب الماضي.
