أعلنت الحكومة الروسية، اليوم الخميس، عن أن موسكو وبكين وقعتا مذكرة تفاهم ملزمة لإنشاء خط أنابيب الغاز الجديد "قوة سيبيريا-2" عبر الأراضي المنغولية، بطاقة نقل تصل إلى 50 مليار متر مكعب سنويًا، ليرتفع إجمالي الإمدادات السنوية إلى نحو 106 مليار متر مكعب سنويًا.

وقالت الحكومة الروسية في بيان صحفي إن "المشروع سيستكمل بخط "قوة سيبيريا-1" الجاري توسيعه ليبلغ 44 مليار متر مكعب سنويًا، هذه الخطوة تمثل نقلة استراتيجية في التعاون بمجال الطاقة بين البلدين، وتدعم توجه موسكو نحو تعزيز حضورها في الأسواق الآسيوية، لتعويض تراجع الإمدادات إلى أوروبا وضمان استقرار عوائد قطاع الطاقة الروسي".
