قال رئيس مجلس الأعيان فيصل الفايز، إنه وبمناسبة ذكرى المولد النبوي الشريف، فإننا في مجلس الأعيان نتقدم من مولاي صاحب الجلالة الهاشمية الملك عبدالله الثاني المعظم، وسمو الأمير الحسين بن عبدالله الثاني ولي العهد، والأسرة الهاشمية الكريمة، وأسرتنا الأردنية الكبيرة، والأمتين العربية والإسلامية، بأحر التهاني والتبريكات بهذه المناسبة العطرة.

وقال الفايز إننا في المجلس وإذ نستذكر هذه المناسبة العزيزة، فإننا ندعو الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يمنّ على جلالة مليكنا المفدى بموفور الصحة وتمام العافية، وأن ينعم على أردننا بدوام التقدم والأمن والاستقرار، ليبقى عزيزًا شامخًا في ظل الراية الهاشمية الخفاقة، داعيًا المولى عز وجل أن يرفع الغمة عن الأهل في فلسطين وتتحرر من الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الغاشم.
