أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية فجر الأربعاء، على واجهتها وضمن منطقة مسؤوليتها ثلاث محاولات تهريب كمية كبيرة من المواد المخدرة محملة بواسطة بالونات موجهة بأجهزة بدائية الصنع.

وجرى التعامل معها واسقاطها وضبط حمولتها داخل الأراضي الأردنية بعد رصدها في مواقع مختلفة من قبل قوات حرس الحدود بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات وتم تحويل المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
