أمانة عمّان تعتزم استملاك أراضٍ لغايات شوارع وحدائق وتلفريك

أعلنت أمانة عمّان الكبرى، بمقتضى أحكام المواد (179، 181، 182، 183، 204) من قانون الملكية العقارية رقم (13) لسنة 2019، عزمها وبعد مضي خمسة عشر يوماً من تاريخ نشر الإعلان في جريدتين محليتين، على التقدم بطلب إلى مجلس الوزراء لاستصدار قرار استملاك ووضع اليد بطريق الحيازة الفورية على المساحات المبينة في الجدول المرفق والمتضمنة أرقام وأسماء الأحواض ومالكيها.

وأوضحت الأمانة أن الاستملاك يأتي لغايات إنشاء ساحات وشوارع وحدائق ومبانٍ عامة ومواقف سيارات وتلفريك، وذلك باعتباره مشروعاً للنفع العام بالمعنى المقصود في قانون الملكية العقارية.

وأشارت الأمانة إلى إمكانية الاطلاع على المخطط من خلال الرابط المرفق بالإعلان، موضحة أن المخطط يحمل الرقم (3769/15) بتاريخ 27/8/2025.
