نظّمت الجمعية الملكية للتوعية الصحية في مركز شباب وشابات العقبة ورشتا عمل بعنوان "بناء قدرات الشباب في الرعاية الصحية"بمشاركة ٣٠ شابة.

ركزت على تمكين المشاركات ليكنّ فاعلات في التنمية البشرية ، وتضمنت قضايا الصحة النفسية والإنجابية والجنسية، ودمج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، والوقاية من المخدرات،وذلك ضمن برامج الجمعية المستمرة لدعم الشباب وتعزيز صحتهم ورفاههم.

كما وتهدف التدريبات إلى الإستثمار في وعي وصحة الشباب على أساس أنهم محور التنمية ومحرك التغيير الإيجابي في المجتمع ، وإنطلاقاً من أهمية تفعيل دور الشباب في المجتمعات وتنمية قدراتهم.
