انتهاء العطلة القضائية والمحاكم تباشر أعمالها الاثنين

تبدأ الكوادر القضائية في جميع محاكم المملكة أعمالها يوم غد الاثنين، حيث ستباشر النظر بالقضايا بعد انتهاء العطلة القضائية اليوم الأحد.

وحدد مجلس نقابة المحامين العطلة القضائية إبتداءً من صباح الأربعاء الموافق 16 / 7 / 2025 وحتى نهاية دوام يوم الأحد الموافق 31 / 8 / 2025.

وبحسب تعميم صادر عن نقابة المحامين، فإن قرار المجلس جاء استنادا لأحكام المادة 44 من قانون استقلال القضاء.
