صدر في الجريدة الرسمية اليوم السبت، قرار مجلس الوزراء في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 20 آب الجاري، بالموافقة على تفويض رئيسي مجلس إدارة وكالة الأنباء الأردنية (بترا) ومؤسسة الإذاعة والتلفزيون الأردنية، بالصلاحيات المنوطة بوزير الاتصال الحكومي.

وجاء القرار استناداً لأحكام البند (2) من الفقرة (أ) من المادة (6) من قانون الإدارة العامة رقم (10) لسنة 1965، وبناءً على تنسيب وزير الاتصال الحكومي.

كما جاء القرار بموجب كل من نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام رقم (33) لسنة 2024، ونظام المشتريات الحكومية رقم (8) لسنة 2022، وملحق إدارة العقد رقم (1) لسنة 2022، وملحق الرقابة على اللوازم والمستودعات رقم (2) لسنة 2022.
