أعلنت وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة، السبت، تسجيل 10 حالات وفاة جديدة نتيجة المجاعة وسوء التغذية خلال الـ 24 ساعة الماضية.

وأشارت الوزارة إلى ارتفاع إجمالي وفيات سوء التغذية إلى 332 شهيدًا، من بينهم 124 طفلًا.

وبحسب وزارة الصحة فإنه منذ إعلان منظمة "التصنيف المتكامل لمراحل الأمن الغذائي"(IPC)، سُجّلت 54 حالة وفاة، من بينهم 9 أطفال.

وأشارت المنظمة في بيان سابق لها إلى أن قطاع غزة يشهد حاليا أسوأ سيناريو للمجاعة. فقد اشتد الصراع والنزوح، وانخفضت إمكانية الحصول على الغذاء وغيره من السلع والخدمات الأساسية إلى مستويات غير مسبوقة.
