تمكّن خبير الأفاعي أسد الجيزاوي من التعامل مع بلاغ ورد حول ظهور أفعى سامة في منطقة الخراج بمحافظة إربد، حيث جرى الإمساك بها وإبعادها عن المتنزهين حفاظًا على سلامتهم.

ونشر الجيزاوي مقطع فيديو يوثق لحظة السيطرة على الأفعى، مبيّنًا خطورتها وموجّهًا نداءً للمواطنين بعدم الاقتراب من الأماكن التي يُحتمل أن تختبئ فيها مثل هذه الزواحف.

وأوضح الجيزاوي في حديثه لـ"الرأي" أنه تلقى اتصالاً من متنزهين أبلغوا بوجود الأفعى، فانتقل على الفور إلى الموقع للتعامل مع الموقف بطريقة آمنة.

وشدّد على ضرورة التزام المتنزهين بالتعليمات الصادرة عن مديرية الأمن العام، التي تحث على الابتعاد عن الأوكار والمناطق الصخرية، وتجنب السير في الأعشاب الكثيفة دون ارتداء الأحذية المناسبة، مؤكداً أن التعامل مع الأفاعي يحتاج إلى خبرة خاصة، وأن أي محاولة للهواة بالإمساك بها قد تترتب عليها عواقب خطيرة.
