عالجت وزارة البيئة وبالتنسيق مع أمانة عمان الكبرى مشكلة تراكم النفايات في جبل اللويبدة بالعاصمة عمان.

وتوجهت فرق الأمانة وعملت على إزالة النفايات المتراكمة وتنظيف الموقع بشكل كامل، حفاظًا على صحة المواطنين وسلامة البيئة، ولصون الهوية الجمالية والحضرية لمنطقة جبل اللويبدة التي تعد من أقدم وأجمل أحياء العاصمة عمّان.

وأكد وزير البيئة أيمن سليمان إلتزام الوزارة بالاستجابة الفورية لأي ملاحظة أو شكوى بيئية.

ودعت وزارة البيئة المواطنين إلى التعاون والإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظات بيئية عبر قنوات الاتصال الرسمية، مؤكدة أن الحفاظ على البيئة مسؤولية مشتركة تتطلب تضافر جهود المؤسسات الرسمية والمجتمع المحلي.
