جدد جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني ابن الحسين، التأكيد على ضرورة وقف الحرب على غزة، وتكثيف جهود الاستجابة الدولية للكارثة الإنسانية.

حاء ذلك خلال مباحثات عقدها جلالة الملك ورئيس جمهورية كازاخستان قاسم جومارت توكاييف في أستانا، الأربعاء، تناولت سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية وتوسيع التعاون في مجالات عديدة.

وحذر جلالته من خطورة التصعيد في الضفة الغربية، والاعتداءات على الأماكن المقدسة الإسلامية والمسيحية في القدس، مؤكدا رفض الأردن لأية محاولات لاحتلال أو ضم الأراضي في غزة أو الضفة الغربية، وتهجير الفلسطينيين.
