حذر خبراء من استعمال روبوت المحادثة، خاصة "شات جي بي تي" للحصول على النصائح الطبية، مشيرين إلى أنها قد تسبب مشاكل صحية خطيرة.

وذكر تقرير لموقع "فيري ويل هيلث" أن روبوتات المحادثات لا تملك السجلات الطبية الشخصية، ما يمنعها من تقديم الإرشادات الموثوقة بشأن الأعراض الجديدة، أو الحالة الجديدة، أو ما إذا كان الشخص بحاجة إلى رعاية طارئة.

وقالت نائبة رئيس قسم الابتكار الصحي في جمعية الطب الأميركية، الطبيبة مارغريت لوزوفسكي، إن النصائح الصحية التي يقدمها روبوتات المحادثة غالبا تكون عامة، وقديمة وغير دقيقة.

ويعتمد الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي على بيانات تدرب عليها، ولا تعكس آخر التوصيات الطبية.

وعندما يخطئ الروبوت، يقوم بترقيع المعلومات لسد الثغرات ويخرج بأجوبة خاطئة ومضللة.
