ارتفع عدد ضحايا حادث الغرق بمنطقة أبو تلات في محافظة الإسكندرية إلى 28 مصابا، حسبما أفادت تقارير صحفية مصرية في الساعات الأولى من صباح الأحد.

وكان الحادث المأساوي الذي وقع صباح السبت، أسفر عن غرق 6 أشخاص من طلاب أكاديمية ضيافة جوية، بينما بلغت حصيلة المصابين الأولية 24.

وأشار بيان لمحافظة الإسكندرية أن الحادث وقع رغم رفع الراية الحمراء التي تحظر السباحة بسبب ارتفاع الأمواج، مؤكدة أنه جرى تعميم قرار بمنع ارتياد مياه البحر بجميع شواطئ القطاع الغربي في المحافظة.
